At 65, Caitlyn Jenner is the oldest newborn ever.

I’m going to make this short and sweet. This is a follow-up post to “Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about.”

I have to admit, I’m having a hard time accepting the fact that there is no more Bruce Jenner. Bruce is gone. After watching season after season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians and loving Bruce, it’s a hard concept to grasp. On that note, if you haven’t seen or heard about Caitlyn, you’re living under a rock. If you have, you may or may not agree with me when I say, Caitlyn Jenner looks beautiful and although I’m a little thrown off by all of it, I think it’s amazing. I think it’s amazing that she is free to live the life she’s always dreamt of. 

I think this is a pivotal moment for the transgender community and I think this is a huge wave of motivation to encourage other people struggling with the same fears Bruce once hid behind. Caitlyn is a huge inspiration for all. Caitlyn Jenner has inspired all of us to be courageous, kind, accepting, and authentic, today and everyday.

Work it girl! We’re all thrilled for you! Let the haters hate.
