Whisking Away: Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice

PUMPKIN SPICECHEESECAKE DIP.jpgI literally white girl can’t even with this recipe right now.

What do you get when you combine pumpkin spice with cheesecake? If you said, “Every basic white girl’s dream dish…” you’re right on.

Yesterday, we had a Thanksgiving potluck at the office and I wanted to make something quick and easy. Between school, interning and work, it’s hard to find time to bake… I know we can all relate. I painfully and endlessly searched Pinterest for the perfect recipe… What’s more festive than pumpkin spice cheesecake dip? The best of both worlds.

It’s super easy to make and it’s the perfect post Thanksgiving dinner dessert… Not too sweet, light and fluffy. I paired the dip with mini Nilla wafers (which worked out perfectly). You could also use gram crackers!

Enjoy! xo

Give thanks & take nothing for granted.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We’re always wishing for something someone else has, but realistically, there are people who will never have what you have right now. So, give thanks & take nothing for granted.

I am very grateful for the life that I have been blessed with, not only today, but everyday.

I am thankful for my amazing family, my boyfriend, my friends and for the love & support they continuously give me. I am thankful for my health & the health of my family. I’m thankful for dirty dishes, which means I have food on the table. I am thankful for my education, because as much as I complain about school – if you’re not learning, you’re not living. I am thankful to live in a free country & even more thankful for the brave men & women who commit their lives to protecting and preserving our country. I am thankful for our Guardian Angels who are always among us (Joey) I am thankful for the trials and tribulations in my life, for they have helped me become a stronger and better person. And I’m most thankful for wine, obvi.
